Supreme Court Denies Last Four Yanukovych Complaints

The Supreme Court refused to consider the last four complaints submitted by the headquarters of presidential candidate Viktor Yanukovych regarding the December 30, 2004 decisions of the Central Election Commission. This was reported by Supreme Court press chief, Liana Shlaposhnikova.

The complaints were passed to the judges of the Chamber on Civil Cases on the morning of Monday, January 10. All complaints were denied due to unclearly formulated claims, and because the complaints didn’t indicate in which way the claimant's rights had been violated and how they should be restored.
