Yanukovych Camp Wants Its Money Back

Gangs of Donetsk "guests" are now traveling through Ukraine en masse, demanding from government representatives in areas where Viktor Yanukovych lost badly, to return money which was given to the government representatives to "organize Yanukovych's election campaign" in those areas.
Theoretically, bribing government employees to affect the outcome of an election, would actually be illegal, but they are trying to get their money back anyway.

Such messages are coming in from the Khmelnytsk, Zhytomyr, and Kyiv regions. Government representatives are explaining that this money is long spent, and that they aren't accountable for "people being the way they are."
