One Technique for Disrupting the Elections

As our correspondent from Kramatorsk (Donetsk region) has just reported, one of the printing houses printed 3 000 standard complaints to be used during the rerun on December 26.

All complaints contain the same content. They state that one of the members of electoral commission (the number of the electoral commission has so far been left blank) was campaigning in the polling station against presidential candidate Viktor Yanukovych.

Thus, we should anticipate that such complaints will be set in motion.
