Letter to Maidan: Visa Problems for French Observers

Problems with the Ukrainian Consulate in Paris: Consul Vozdigan issued only four visas to French observers from the nongovernmental organization "UCCA."

Nearly 50 French observers are waiting for visas. The consul claims they are not on the Central Election Committee's list in Kyiv. However, this is not true; the CEC faxed the list to consulate in Paris.
