Yanukovych Supporters Prepare Falsification of Re-run

Since the Ukrainian Parliament changed the election laws thereby making it more complicated to falsify absentee ballots, Yanukovych supporters are now developing a new scheme to falsify the elections - simultaneous voting of a single voter in two or more places.

Voters are being transported from Donbas and registered all over Ukraine. Meanwhile, they are left registered in their primary place of residence, where voting controls are more complicated and there are more possibilities to vote in their place.

The 96th Irpin and Kyiv-Sviatoshyn regions have already started redistributing from Donbas residents. Donbas residents of powerful stature are accommodated in the Irpin Hotel, where the territorial election committee is located. In the town of Bucha, Yanukovych supporters are registered at an average of 10 per 9-sq.-meter room(s) (about 100 sq. feet) on Vodoprovidna Street. About 100 of these supporters, who came in buses and private vehicles with Donetsk license plates, were moved in to the former "Luchistoy" boy scout camp and they are being hosted by Donetsk native - the local deputy chief of police.

Irpin police officers have received orders not to apprehend vehicles with Donetsk license plates and to take five to six license plates off vehicles displaying Yushchenko symbols. Also, it's becoming difficult to call a taxi to Yushchenko headquarters in Irpin. Dispatchers are saying that the "do not have any cars available," but if one calls from any private residence in the area (and uses a different voice), taxis are found within minutes.
