Supreme Court has not Satisfy CEC(!) Application to Cancel the Rally

Supreme Court of Ukraine rejected application of Central Election Committee at the session, which had begun this morning.

Central Election Committee asked Supreme Court to forbid civil actions in time of consideration of Viktor Yuschenko's application.

We remind that Constitution of Ukraine gives its citizens the right to carry out mass actions on the assumption of preliminary notification (not agreement!) about it of appropriate institutions.
