From Yanukovych HQ: preparations for a state of emergency

Immediately after Central Electoral Commission will declare Yanukovych being a president – bandits disguised as Yuschenko supporters will start riots at Maidan Nezalezhnosti.

After that state of emergency will be introduced and curfew announced.

In Yanukovych HQ there are supplies stored enough to stay until 7am tomorrow. Nobody is allowed out of the building.
