Hi I am interested in knowing something about an American bank

Hi,

I am interested to know if there is any truth to what I was just told by
someone from the Ukraine that Yushchenko was in on distributing money
from a loan that came from some bank in the USA and was given to Kuckma
and other politicians and now this loan is being paid back at an
interest rate of 18%. Is this more propaganda or is there any truth to
this? I can't believe there is any truth to this, but I know the
previous government did manage to misplace a lot of foreign loans under
the old administration. It happened in Russia and I know it happened in
the Ukraine. Maybe someone should start looking to see where this money
really went and get it back into the hands of the people that deserve
it.
